SAP Build Work Zone is SAP’s unified digital workplace platform on SAP BTP. It provides a single, role-based entry point where users access every SAP application they need — Fiori apps from S/4HANA, custom BTP apps, third-party tools, workflows, and AI-assisted pages — without switching between portals.
Work Zone replaces the classic SAP Fiori launchpad (on-premise) and SAP Portal (NetWeaver-based). More importantly, SAP Joule’s conversational UI is embedded directly in Work Zone — making it the primary interface through which employees will interact with AI in their SAP landscape.
